In girum imus nocte et consuminur igni

I would like to show you a piece of thought in 3 « movements » of 3 stages each, an ecological tale inspired by the injuries done by human being to its planet, our planet. Partially unfinished (on its way to be, I hope) this works, design in 3D, is formed by 5 plates per stage, meaning it’s a works of 45 plates.
Each movement express itself in its own format. The first Movement got a ¾ ratio, like TV and computer screens, which is a banal and coarse format, and evoke the domination of a powerfull technology and foresee an imminent cataclysm; the second Movement, with a ½ ratio, a small panoramic that shows off the beauty of landscapes; then the third one, with the natural ratio of 1/1.618, means the re-emergence of Intelligence, as after all even if this ratio is the most common in nature, its man kind that bring it out!
Each plate’s title is named by the time when it’s been saved to bring this works back to its digital dimension.
I always had those landscapes in me, and now, thanks to virtual technology, they finally reveal themselves, so I suggest them to you. I hope they’ll catch you attention, and will be pleased to present you the whole works.
There is an animal species that got the power to deeply modify its environment*. From this power can result harmony and life or destruction and death. Unfortunatly this second way the one that human being often choose. *Exept some builder insects.

MOVEMENT I
De Profundis Clamavi / Abyssus Abyssum Invocat / Ibi Deficit Orbis
As he knows its power, being the ultimate predator, paying its technological arrongance and its appetite for destruction, man kind almost disapeared from earth, which is damaged and devastated; only bones (rocks) subsist, the skin (vegetation) did transfer and almost disapeared.

MOVEMENT II
Soli Bonitas / Fontes Aquarium / In Pace
Earth got unknown resources. Earth is strong and generous, its landscapes come to life, water slowly get purified, the sky get cleared from acid myst that use to warp earth. Despite injuries done to nature, the re-birth process is on its way.

MOVEMENT III
Animi Limina / Nulla Dies Sine Linea / Mens Agitat Molem
By visual evidences of landscape transformations, attempts of vegetal reconstruction and the use of primary agricultural technics – we are lead to ask ourselves the question of survival from an Intelligence. Will this Intelligence learn from the first two movements ?
